Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Policy Overview
Due to the digital nature of our stock analysis reports and investment recommendations, all sales are generally considered final once you have accessed or downloaded the content. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. Our goal is to handle refund requests fairly and consistently while maintaining the integrity of our digital products.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
For One-Time Purchases
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Unauthorized Purchase: If your account was used without your permission to make a purchase.
- Content Misrepresentation: If the product description significantly misrepresented the actual content of the report or analysis.
For Subscription Services
- New Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our subscription service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Recurring Charges: If you cancel your subscription but are still charged after cancellation, you are eligible for a refund of the post-cancellation charges.
Please note that refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with investment performance or market movements
- Change of mind about the purchase after accessing the content
- Requests made after the refund period has expired
- Failure to use or implement the information provided
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the specified timeframes:
- One-Time Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- New Subscriptions: Refund requests under our 7-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Recurring Subscription Charges: Refund requests for unauthorized charges after cancellation must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.
Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at refunds@fundacionaserseara.org with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Product(s) for which you are requesting a refund
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation
- Our customer support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed
- You will receive a decision regarding your refund request within 5 business days

5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it as follows:
- Credit card payments are typically refunded within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times, which are beyond our control.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds instead of full refunds. This determination is made on a case-by-case basis and may apply in situations such as:
- When you have used or benefited from a significant portion of the purchased content
- For multi-product packages where you wish to return only specific components
- When technical issues affected only a portion of the purchased content
The amount of a partial refund will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the extent to which you have accessed or used the product.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. To cancel a subscription:
- Log in to your StockInvest Pro account
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the subscription you wish to cancel
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Alternatively, you can email support@fundacionaserseara.org with your cancellation request.
When you cancel a subscription:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is provided for the current billing period unless you are within the 7-day money-back guarantee period for new subscriptions
8. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Certain products or promotional offers may have special refund terms that differ from this general policy. These exceptions will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
Special cases that may affect refund eligibility include:
- Promotional Discounts: Products purchased at a significant discount (more than 50% off) may have limited or no refund eligibility.
- Bundle Purchases: Refunds for bundle purchases may be adjusted to account for the individual prices of products you wish to keep.
- Educational Webinars or Events: Live or recorded webinars and events may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
9. Refund Abuse Prevention
StockInvest Pro monitors refund patterns and reserves the right to refuse a refund if we detect potential abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer
- Patterns suggesting the download or copying of content before requesting refunds
- Evidence that the content has been extensively used before the refund request
- Any attempts to circumvent our digital rights management systems
We take fraud seriously and may suspend or terminate accounts that show patterns of refund abuse.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated via email to our customers.
The refund policy that applies to your purchase is the version that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
